What's new at Corinth Lodge No. 116?

We have three new entered apprentices at Corinth Lodge 116.  They are John Irvin, Blain McCoy, and Nick Bain.  Congratualtions to those brothers for taking the first step in masonry.  We look forward to your fellowcraft and master mason degrees!

Corinth Lodge No. 116 recently celebrated it's 150th Anniversary on January 21, 2008.  The lodge was originally chartered on January 21, 1858 after Danville Lodge No. 109 and Farmington Lodge No. 116 merged in 1857.  The celebration kicked off with a brief sharing of history from Jason Spencer who researched the lodge for the local paper.  Also, Bro. Donald King shared about the construction of the lodge in 1951.  The group then adjourned to have a pot luck dinner.  After dinner, there was a concert by Lost Cause a local confederate string band.  After the concert, the lodge adjorned.
